Blacksburg, VA: Michael D. Lawless, CPG, PG, Principal and Environmental Division Manager for Draper Aden Associates spoke at the 4th International Professional Geology Conference in Vancouver, Canada held January 22-24.

Lawless, a current member of the Executive Committee for the American Geosciences Institute and past president of the American Institute of Professional Geologists, presented "Water Supply Planning: The Intersection of Politics, Regulation, Science and the Law- A Perspective from Virginia."

Lawless, a registered Professional Geologist in three states and Brownfields Professional has been with Draper Aden Associates for 16 years. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the firm.
